I am curious about the club and the children you work with. How are you funded? Are you funded? Where in the camp do you work?

Hi Dalell, myself and the kids club at Nahr al Bared aren’t currently funded. My friend lives in Nahr al Bared so I travelled here by invitation and not as part of any NGO. I am using my blog to try to raise funds and have had some small success. I am going back to Scotland now with some ideas about how to raise more money so fingers crossed. Any suggestions? Our plans on specific projects are not finalised but we would like to do a few things, first is to help clean and build safe play spaces for children, secondly providing day trips outside the camp for the kids would be fantastic and also I would love to be able to help provide and improve the education on offer in the camp.
